About.
About
We serve local and international clients in Southern African including South Africa, Botswana and Zambia. We have a fully fledged French desk catering to a growing number of French-speaking clients. Through affiliated in-country partnerships, we can also service clients in Ghana, Lesotho and Eswatini.
Our Motivation
Our values are the reason we come to work every day. It’s not only numbers, book balancing and tax that motivate us. It’s our belief and experience that business is a force for growth and development.
It makes a meaningful, long-term difference to the communities we all serve. We believe in our country and in Africa, a continent of opportunities and challenges, of young people (70% under 35 years) and the power of possibility and population growth.
Our Values
We believe that in its true nature, B-BBEE can be used as a tool for true transformation and we actively seek like-minded clients and partners with whom we can grow, build and make a difference.
Through our non-profit arm of the business, we play our part, however small, in trying to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We do this by engaging and collaborating with community, clients and strategic partners who share our passion for sustainability.
It’s because of the people we work with and the people we work for that we’re able to journey with companies and communities towards development and transformation.
Our Story.
We’re a proudly South African based firm
We have built a reputation as a respected presence and adviser in the regulatory and statutory space. Our team of well-established, experienced, multi-disciplinary associates and experts works across a spectrum of disciplines – ranging from construction and mining to health, private equity and service-related industries.
Where we have come from and where we are headed
From a leafy suburb in Johannesburg to an international, fully digital firm. We owe our 40 years of consistent progression and industry relevance to our founder, Keith Wilton, who steadily grew our firm by building long-standing relationships with like-minded local and international clients.
Handing the baton to Keith Wilton’s daughter, Katy Wilton
Keith Wilton’s daughter, Katy Wilton Martins, and Lingum Govender bought over the business in 2016 and have since upheld the firm’s ethos and its continued steady growth by expanding not only the service offering but the footprint into Africa though a strong alliance of partners.
Our Team.
We value personal and professional development. Our actions, as a team, are underpinned by a shared commitment to efficient, professional services and shared values – integrity, respect and inclusion.
